Pros:
1. Better cameras than Mi A2
2. Winner winner chicken dinner with that Snapdragon 845
3. 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM
4. Dedicated Face Recognition Scanner which actually WORKS IN THE DARK! And a fingerprint scanner too
5. Top-Notch Screen! (Pun Intended)
6. Simple POCO MIUI which is fast
7. Fast Charging 3.0
8. Notification Light

Cons:
1. No LED Blaster which I don't use a lot
2. No different colour LED Light
3. Polycarbonate Body (I won't say really say this as a con but it feels just like metal to be honest)
4. The screen is a little bit up above the frame.
5. No OIS

And don't use the Super Slim Soft case as a primary case. Buy a heavy durable one. Use the soft one until you get a highly durable case. 
Buy a screen protector too.
